World Renowned Buggy Tour

Before your adventure, please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing. Bring comfortable clothing suitable for desert conditions, sunglasses, and sunscreen. We provide all necessary safety equipment including helmets, goggles, and protective gear.

Our facility is located in the heart of the Dubai desert, easily accessible by car. Free parking is available on-site. The adventure duration varies from 1-3 hours depending on your selected package, with refreshment breaks included.

All participants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, or 16 years old with parental consent for passenger rides. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability of your preferred time slot.

For international visitors, we accept major credit cards and can provide receipts in multiple currencies. Our staff speaks English, Arabic, and several other languages to assist guests from around the world.

For safety reasons, all participants must meet minimum age and health requirements. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license. Passengers can be 16 years or older with parental consent. Maximum weight limit per vehicle is 300kg total.

Participants with certain medical conditions including heart problems, back injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries may not be permitted to participate. Please consult with our staff before booking if you have any health concerns.

Strict safety protocols must be followed at all times. No alcohol consumption is allowed before or during the tour. All participants must wear provided safety equipment including helmets, goggles, and seatbelts throughout the entire experience.

Weather conditions may affect tour availability. Tours may be cancelled or modified due to extreme weather, sandstorms, or other safety concerns. In such cases, we offer full refunds or rescheduling options at no additional cost.
